How to Prepare for Your Eurowave Session
Preparing for your Eurowave treatment is simple and helps you get the best possible results:
Hydrate well the day of your appointment — properly hydrated muscles respond better.
Avoid lotions, oils, or self-tanner on the treatment area so the pads adhere properly.
Have a light meal or snack beforehand if you tend to get hungry easily.
Use the washroom before we begin (the contractions can stimulate everything).
Arrive a few minutes early so we can chat, measure, and settle you in comfortably.
Bring any questions or goals you want to focus on — we tailor each session to you.
This treatment is low-stress and effortless, so there’s nothing intense to prepare for — just come relaxed, hydrated, and ready to feel your muscles wake up in a whole new way.
What to Wear to Your Eurowave Session
Your clothing depends on the area we’re targeting that day:
If we’re working on your midsection:
You can stay fully clothed.
Wear a comfortable top that can be lifted slightly so I can place the pads.
High-waisted leggings/yoga pants are totally fine.
If we’re treating your hips, butt, or thighs:
Wear underwear, a thong, or shorts that expose the area.
Avoid anything with thick seams, zippers, or heavy fabric.
You can bring a change of bottoms if that makes you more comfortable.
For all sessions:
Wear comfortable clothes you can relax in.
Avoid dresses, bodysuits, or tight one-piece outfits (they make pad placement tricky).
Jewelry around the waist/hip area should be removed.
Everything is done professionally and respectfully, and your comfort is always the priority. If you’re ever unsure what to wear, just choose something soft, flexible, and easy to move in — we’ll take care of the rest.
